At Buki, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
